This hack allows you twiddle other values to enhacne your game. Locate constant.ini in your drive letter:jpogdata directory. Open the file using a text editor (like Notepad) and adjust any of the following lines to alter your game (note that the default values are listed). Okay, first of all, this cheat edits a game file. I highly suggest that you save another copy of the file you are about to edit before going on.
Step I- go to 'my computer' and look up 'Constant.ini'. Spell it the way you see it here or else the computer will NOT find the file.
Step II- open the file up, and scroll down to 'Playerstartparkmoney', and when you find it, edit to whatever you want! WARNING: you cannot go beyond $999,999,999,999. | Submitted by Felix
